The Health Care Foundation complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act Canada (PIPEDA), Canada Revenue Agency guidelines, and all applicable federal and provincial statutes regarding personal information. Any collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal information is subject to your consent.

The Health Care Foundation will never sell, rent or share your personal information to outside organizations or individuals without your consent. We will not knowingly disclose your credit card or banking information. Any and all information of a personal nature about our donors always remains confidential. Strict controls are maintained regarding access to personal information collected by the Health Care Foundation. Each employee and volunteer must sign an agreement stating that maintaining confidentiality is a condition of their employment or volunteer status with the Foundation.
